AVROOL

Security, in plain words

Avrool handles invoices, statements and receipts. Here is exactly what happens to them.

What leaves your machine

When Avrool needs to understand a document, the file is uploaded to your own private storage and read once. Nothing else on your computer is touched, scanned or indexed.

Where it is stored

Every file lands in a private folder that belongs to your account alone. Access rules are enforced by the database, not by the app, so another account cannot request your files even by accident.

Who can read it

You. Reading is done by an automated model to pull out the category, party, amount and date. The result is stored with your document. No human at Avrool browses your library.

What is kept

The original file, the clean name, and the fields extracted from it. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train models.

How to delete everything

Settings has two buttons: export your data as a single file, and delete your account. Deleting removes the stored files, every row and the account itself. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

On the desktop

Avrool Desktop watches exactly one folder — Documents/Avrool. It reads files that appear there, moves them into Organized, Reports or Archive, and leaves the rest of your disk alone.
